We all love our fur babies, but one of us started a business for our fur babies!!!
As I'd mentioned before, our family has started some small businesses. One is Du Claw Pet Sitters.
Nephew, Sean Greenwood has started a dog walking business. His wife Kerry, new baby girl, and Sean are located in New Jersey, in Monmouth County.
They are Monmouth County's Premiere Dog Walkers & Pet Sitters
Du Claw was founded by Sean Greenwood. As a former member of the New York Stock Exchange, Sean knows how hard daily commuting can be on our pets. Long days, traffic, and delayed boats and trains often interfere with our pets' needs. When Sean left the NYSE he decided to devote his time helping other busy pet owners, and Du Claw was born.Sean is the "face" of Du Claw. He will be the one meeting you for initial "meet and greets" and is our team's "Top Dog". Check out his site!!!!

Ok, here are some more Christmas recipes:
Martha Washington Mounds
Martha Washington Mounds
1 stick oleo, room temperature
2 (1 pound) boxes powdered sugar
1 can Eagle brand milk
2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
1 cup flaked coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 small package (3 ounces) cream cheese
2 (1 pound) boxes powdered sugar
1 can Eagle brand milk
2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
1 cup flaked coconut
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 small package (3 ounces) cream cheese
Mix ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Put in refrigerator for about 1 hour. Then roll a teaspoon at a time into little balls (the size of a walnut). Place on waxed paper on a cookie sheet or flat pan. Put a tooth pick in each ball & keep refrigerated until ready to dip in chocolate. I found that freezing works better.
CHOCOLATE DIP: Melt 1/2 small cake paraffin in double boiler. Add 1 large package chocolate chips. Blend until smooth and keep over hot water while dipping. Place dipped chocolate back on waxed paper. After finished put a small amount on top of chocolate to cover toothpick hole.
24 oz. Mint Chocolate chips
6 oz. semi-sweet Chocolate chips
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar (well packed)
1 cup butter
2 eggsMelt chocolate chips together and set aside to cook until lukewarm. When cool, add powdered sugar. Beat in the butter and eggs, one egg at a time. Cream well with an electric mixer. Butter the bottom of a jelly roll pan. Pour the mixture in and spread. Refrigerate. When completely cooled, cut into squares.
