Secret Shopper!! OR SCAM

I received a check in the mail to be a mystery shopper!! Cooollll!!!!! or not???? The letter accompanying the check for $3950.00! The letter was from Canada and the check was from a college in California. Wow!! Hit the mother lode!! All I had to do was use my money, go shop at Walmart or Penney's, spending $300, send $3000 and some odd change thru Western Union, and I would earn the rest, approximately $600. Can't beat that now, can you???

Right, I deposit it, spend my money, send them money, and wait for their check to clear.

Sounds good, and that's the problem, too GOOD!!! Well, still got the check, wrote the company the check came from and oddly enough, no one has called to see what happened to their check??

Oh well, guess we'll just get money the old fashioned way........work for it!!! Speaking of which............How about that Handmade Goat Milk Soap????!!!!! LOL :)

Christmas Candied Walnuts

6 cups walnut halves

Put sugars into saucepan and mix; add sour cream. Stir while cooking to the soft ball stage. Add vanilla and stir until fairly thick. Add the walnuts and stir until evenly coated. Turn out on a cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Sprinkle with powdered sugar while hot. Let nuts cool and break apart.
